In the series “Classic Cars of Film” This Month Edition, I decided to issue one of my favorite films of all time, the Blues Brothers, released by Universal Pictures in 1980.
The film was directed by John Landis, who also wrote a script with Dan Aykroyd, who began in the film together with John Belushi.
With a number of heavy beaters from R&B & Soul Realm, such as James Brown, Cab Calloway, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, and John Lee Hooker, this is one of my favorite films of all time.
It also featured non-music supporting shows by Carrie Fisher, Henry Gibson, Charles Napier, and John Candy.

The film holds the Guinness Book of World Records for the most cars that were destroyed in a film, until the sequel took the top slot in 1998.
Lovesmobile that is loved is described as a Mount Prospect police car that is deactivated by Elwood (Aykroyd) at the auction.
This is Dodge Monaco 1974 with a Magnum 440 engine with a complete police package. Director John Landis has claimed that the section of the last pursuit under the railroad lane (which briefly shows the reading of 118 miles per hour or 190 km/hour on the car speedometer), is actually filmed at that speed; A proof of the inheritance of the Monaco police car.

He has also stated that he shot a few scenes with pedestrians on the sidewalk, so that viewers can see that the film is not accelerated to create speed effects.
This film uses a total of 13 different monaco to describe the famous blues. More than 60 police cars were bought for the scene of pursuing films and production houses to make a 24 -hour busy body shop, which made the necessary improvements when they met them.

This film has a huge impact on my life as a child. Not only for spectacular Bluesmobile, but for a very realistic pursuit scene.
Very funny how I found myself buying P71 Crown Victoria which was disabled a few years ago for $ 340 where I then received a speeding ticket (doing 120 in the 65 mph zone).
I continued to tell the police that pulled me that I did not know how it happened – the car kept coming out of my path until I had an open way (they would have thought I was a CHP).
Until then when I first watched a movie, I listened to Rock and Roll 70s and did not know what rhythm and blues/soul were heard.
The music reached me in a way that I had never experienced before; My soul is moved in a deep way that is difficult to explain to this day.
