Epic Games used the Rocket League Paris Major 2026 to reveal Unreal Engine 6
Epic Games has revealed Unreal Engine 6 with a trailer showcasing the latest version Rocket League. Considering how widespread Unreal Engine 5 is, this announcement is a big deal for the video game industry.
This weekend, Epic Games hosted 2026 Rocket League Paris Major and showcased what was billed as a “new era”. Rocket League.” The short teaser shows real-time in-game footage with more detailed car models and dynamic lighting reflections than the current game. It ends by revealing a purple logo for Unreal Engine 6.
Although Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney teased the new engine in an interview in 2025, this is the first time we’ve publicly seen Unreal Engine 6 in action. The image briefly shown in the teaser also shows that Fortnite will receive Unreal Engine 6 support. That makes sense, as Fortnite is Epic Games’ flagship title and serves as a platform for its other games. As of now, that’s all we know about the latest version Rocket League and Unreal Engine 6, as even the official Unreal Engine announcement at the time of publication.
Regardless, the reveal and launch of Unreal Engine 6 will ultimately impact the video game industry. Many well-known games already use Unreal Engine 5, including Black Myth: Wukong, Chiaroscuro: Expedition 33and recently released Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. Upcoming games like The Witch 4 And Miracle of 1943: The Rise of Hydra is also confirmed to use Unreal Engine 5, although the announcement of its replacement raises questions about whether the game will be upgraded.
Unreal Engine 5 entered early access about a year after its initial reveal, and received a wide release a year after that, so it’s possible that Unreal Engine 6 could follow a similar timeline. We’ll just have to wait to learn more about Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 6 to better understand what improvements the next iteration of the game engine will bring.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
