One of the best things about this recipe is very simple and easy to make, especially if you have a shop that buys Thailand’s green pasta. With this, you can make this scented curry in less than 30 minutes. This is the perfect recipe for lunch, dinner or for a weekend meeting.
For this recipe, I have used a shop that bought Thai green curry pasta, instead of making it from the start. Some traditional ingredients such as loan, lime, and lemon grass are quite difficult to find in my area. Using the pasta purchased at the store makes the process faster, easier and still tastes very delicious! When you want something that is entertaining and delicious, but you don’t have much time, then this is your recipe.


Ingredients
Oil: Oil is used to saute vegetables and use neutral oil such as canola oil, vegetable oil, coconut oil
Thai green curry pasta: This is the main ingredient that adds an authentic Thailand flavor to curry. This paste is a mixture of concoctions such as green chili, lemon grass, lime, ginger and garlic. I have used the curry shop purchased.
Coconut cream: This makes a cream base that balances the spices of curry paste and gives a smooth texture.
Vegetables : Add vegetables such as carrots, brinj through, nuts, paprika and broccoli. This adds to the tinge of color, nutrition, and taste in curry.
Green Chili: If you want to make extra spicy curry, add some green chili or remove.
Tomato: Tomatoes are added to mild tanginess and form curry base.
Water: Water is added to adjust curry consistency.
Salt : Salt is added to the taste and increases the overall taste.
Sugar: Some sugar is added to seasoning and creates a balanced sweet, spicy, and sharp taste.


Green curry pasta
Now let’s talk about this curry. You can use homemade or shops purchased. To make homemade green curry pasta. You need green chili, onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, lemon grass, kaffir lime, bend, lemon juice, whole spices and soy sauce.
Homemade green curry paste: Grind all the ingredients given under Thailand’s green curry paste in a blender until smooth. In a pan, add oil, move the curry paste and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add salt and seasoning add fish sauce, shrimp paste or chicken stock cube. You can also add vegetable stock to make it vegan.
Keep: Cool cooked curry paste and store in a bottle. This will remain good in the refrigerator for a week. Use to make Thai green curry, Thai soup, and Thai noodles.

Step by step
1) I made a vegetarian Thai green curry. So I use lots of vegetables. You can use chicken or use seafood like shrimp. I use carrots, green beans, tomatoes, paprika, brinter, broccoli, chili.


2) Cut vegetables with the size of your choice.


3) Heat coconut oil in a pan.


4) Add vegetables.


5) Stir vegetables separately to add flavor. I like to cook it for 5 to 7 minutes until it becomes a little soft and a little color.


6) Now the vegetables are a little cooked.


7) Lift the vegetables to the bowl and set aside.


8) Now you can use green curry paste purchased at the store or make your own. Recipes are given in the recipe card.


9) Add a good amount of green curry in the pan.


10) Add 1 coconut milk cup. You can use ½ cans of coconut milk if you use canned.


11) Mix very well. We will cook green curry pasta in coconut milk.


12) As you can see, oil from coconut milk will start out. Let the green curry paste cook in this case for maximum taste. You have to cook green curry paste until you see oil floating on it.


13) Now add vegetables.


14) Stir vegetables with green curry paste.


15) Now pour the remaining coconut milk to form sauce.


15) Season with salt and sugar.


16) Now cook over low heat until the vegetables are completely cooked.


17) Only a few minutes before adding dice chopped tomatoes.


18) Bring to a boil for a few minutes so that tomatoes soften a little.


19) Mix well. That green curry is ready.


20) Serve.

- To make complicated curry fresh and amazing, sources of Thai materials such as lemongrass, stepping and caffir lime.
- You can make curry with paneer, tofu or with meat.
- To get the original Thai Umami flavor, add fish sauce or shrimp paste while cooking green curry paste.
- Add chicken or vegetable stock for more taste.
- Use full coconut milk for rich, smooth and soft curry.
- Vegetables must be cooked until soft and a little crispy, don’t ripen.
Storage & dish
Save homemade green curry pasta in an airtight container or glass jar. This lasts up to a week in the refrigerator.
The remaining curry can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Reheat gently over medium heat by adding splashes of water or coconut milk or reheating using a microwave oven.
Serve this Thai green curry with jasmine rice, basmati rice, hot steamed rice or even with noodles.
