So, I decided to turn this into a super -fast and easy protein rich noodle recipe. Chicken sesame noodles are satisfying and satisfying recipes in a bowl and I make this with all the ingredients that have been lying in my kitchen for a while.

Vegetables: I have used carrots, capsicum, spinach, and mushrooms. Thinly sliced carrots and capsicum. Spinach and mushrooms must be chopped roughly. You can even use cabbage, broccoli, Bok Choy, and Zucchini according to your wishes.
Chicken breast: I have added cooked chicken and torn for protein. If you are vegetarian, you can also add tofu or edamame.
Spring onion : A number of onions are used for taste and also to decorate.
For sauce: I have used soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt as a flavoring agent. You can mix everything in a bowl first and add it to the pan. Honey can be used as a substitute for sugar.

Soaking noodles: Glass noodles tend to cook faster than other noodles. So start by soaking it in a wide bowl with hot water for 30 minutes. Strain and set aside.
