Using Greek yogurt for Raita
Greek yogurt works for Raita, but by itself is usually rather too thick and sharp compared to traditional Indian forehead (Dadih). Plain yogurt gives a more authentic taste. If you use Greek yogurt, thin it with a splash of cold water or milk until it has a more loose consistency of cream, then shake well.
Serving Raita
You can serve this popular Indian seasoning with almost all traditional Indian dishes. Try with my Chicken Tikka Masala, to cool the chicken madras, as a sauce for tandoori masala chicken wings. Even only served with Biryani and Naan bread. Honestly, you can’t wrongly pair Raita with Indian dishes!
