I can’t get hazelnuts in my place, plus they are very expensive when I see online. So I made this using beans. You can use almonds to make it too. The recipe is quite simple, when I only use cocoa powder to make it, I can’t get pure chocolate flavor. So I use liquid chocolate to taste better.

There are two methods for baking nuts. One of them is the stove method and the other is the oven roasting method.
Top Stove: In a wide pan, dry the beans with low heat. After baking, release and cool completely. Rub and remove the peanut skin using a towel or hand.
Oven Method: Heat the oven up to 180*c. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone pan, spread beans. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Oversee them, because it might soon become brown. Each 3 -minute interval check.

Grind: Gill grilled beans in large food processing or high speed blender. Grind them first, then start adding cocoa powder and oil. Grind until it reaches the consistency of thick and smooth paste.
