1) Grab all your ingredients. You need basic ingredients to make this sauce.


2)Choose chilies based on your spice preferences, ranging from medium to very hot chilies. Like Indian green chilies and paprika for medium heat. For extra heat, use Thai cayenne pepper. If your chilies are too hot or you prefer a mild hot sauce, remove the seeds from the green chilies.


3) Remove the chili stems and wash them clean.


4) Cut into small pieces so they cook faster and are easier to blend.


5) Heat oil in a frying pan. Add garlic, onions, chilies.


6) Saute for a few minutes until fragrant.


7) Add sugar according to taste.


8) Add salt to taste.


9)Add water and mix well.


10) Cook until the onions and chilies are cooked. it will take about 10 minutes.


11) Now let the mixture cool down. take the mixture in a blender.


12)Add vinegar. This helps preserve the sauce and adds flavor.


13) Blend until smooth.


14) Done, your green chili sauce is ready.


15) Enjoy.
