Developer inXile Entertainment shared a new look Clockwork Revolution during the Xbox Games Showcase on Sunday. This action RPG is also finally getting a release window, and will be out sometime next year.
The trailer features a colorful supporting cast, with characters such as the robot Nazim and “Anne Fucking Darrow”, who wears a bowler hat. After a heist occurs, your player character is sent through time and embarks on a journey to change history.
Clockwork Revolution is a first-person action game that was immediately compared to BioShock when it was announced in 2023. You play as a time traveler exploring key moments in the formation of Avalon, a steampunk metropolis. Like other choice-based RPGs, your actions and decisions affect the narrative, the city, and supporting characters — as well as history itself. “In the Clockwork Revolution we’re pushing role-playing reactivity to the next level, complemented by the unique textures and personality you’ve come to expect from our games,” studio head Brian Fargo said when the game was announced.
Last year’s Xbox showcase featured quite a lengthy trailer, but we didn’t know when to expect it Clockwork Revolution to actually come out. Clockwork Revolution will be released in 2027 for Windows PC and Xbox Series X. Sorry, PlayStation and Nintendo players — Xbox chief content officer Matt Booty explicitly called this an Xbox console exclusive.

inXile’s new game isn’t BioShock Infinite 2, but rather something else

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
