I shared an apple cake inverted a few years ago and this version is an updated recipe for the original recipe. This is my latest favorite and better than the old version.
The recipe is very straight ahead. The dough is completely made in a blender. All you have to do is mix ingredients to cream and pour wheat flour and fold using a spatula.
Even the basic caramel sauce is the no Cook version. All I did was coat the butter and brown sugar in a square pan. Arranged a thin sliced apple on sugar. The dough is then poured above and baked. Just that.
Ingredients

Expert tips
- Be sure to peel the apple and slice it thin so that the apple is cooked when the cake is baked.
- Whole wheat flour is used in a sponge, you can also use ordinary flour.
- You can reduce the sugar added in the cake mixture to ½ cup too.
- Instead of oil, you can use liquid butter.
- Cinnamon is optional, you can miss it.


Reverse Apple Cake (Step by step)
1) Heat the oven up to 180 degrees C (360 degrees F). Take your apple at the cutting board.


2) Now take your apple, peeled, core, thinly sliced and set aside.


3) Remove the seeds.


4) slice thinly.


4) Take 18 cm square cake pan, spoon the liquid butter at the base of the pan.


5) Sprinkle brown sugar on top evenly.


6) Now place the apple sliced on brown sugar evenly. Set aside this.


7) Now in a blender add eggs, sugar, oil, milk, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.


8) Mix this for 20 to 30 seconds until it is combined.


9) Take wheat flour in a bowl, pour a blender egg mixture into wheat flour.


10) and fold it gently until the dough has just been combined.


11) Now take your apple tray, pour the dough prepared on the apple.


12) Immediately put the cake pan into the oven and bake for 30 minutes until cooked.


13) Remove the cake pan from the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes. Now turn the cake pan on a serving plate. Let it be cooler, sliced and serve.
