I prefer whipped cream rather than custard because it is paired with fruit. After whipping cream to a soft peak, I like to combine some of the raspberries into the cream to give a beautiful appearance.
I usually do not sweeten cream because there is quite sweet from sugar in the fruit. If you like it, you can add sugar (castor sugar), or powdered sugar (sweets) to sweeten your taste.

Ingredients

12 ounces (340 grams) fresh raspberry, plus 12 more for decoration

Half lemon juice

Instruction
- Add raspberry (except 12 for decoration), lemon juice and sugar to a non-stick pan. Heat over medium heat only until they start to release a few juices and softens. Remove from the pan to the bowl and let it cool.
- Cream whip using a hand mixer until you see a gentle peak when you take off the cream.
- If successful, stop here – keep the cold raspberry and whipped cream in a separate bowl, closed, in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
- When ready to gather, fold half of the raspberry mixture into the shake cream to make a beautiful pink swirl. Divide between 4 bowls of glass, coat cream with the remaining raspberry. Sprinkle each with 3 raspberries and mint leaves.
