Grand Theft Auto fans have decided — or at least convinced themselves — that today is the long-awaited third day Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer, after more than a year of waiting and regardless of whether developer Rockstar Games has a new look GTA 6 ready to go. Despite their desperate hopes, there has been no indication that Rockstar plans to release the highly anticipated third film GTA 6 snapshot of the near future.
As hungry Rockstar fans are wont to do, prognosticators have looked to the stars — aka changes to internal databases and numerology — to predict that a third disaster will occur. GTA 6 the trailer will arrive today. Publisher Take-Two Interactive is holding an earnings call next week, on May 21, and many Rockstar fans are expecting something on or before that date.
We’ve never heard from him GTA 6 from Rockstar Games in a few months. The most recent official communication from the Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead developers was on November 6, 2025, when Rockstar announced a second delay for GTA 6. GTA 6 2 trailer was released nine days before Take-Two’s quarterly earnings last year, so fans figured that the nine-day window was significant. Based on Take-Two’s May 21 financial report, we land on May 12. Additionally, the final trailer was released on Tuesday. May 12 is a Tuesday.
People also noticed that Rockstar Games updated one of its databases last week and Sony Interactive Entertainment recently sent out a notification to PlayStation 4 owners including their wish list. Grand Theft Auto 6 that they should upgrade to the PlayStation 5. Sony is also reportedly removing the “Offers” section in the PlayStation Store, leading some to believe that the company will start encouraging pre-orders for GTA 6and thus de-emphasized the deal to make way for Rockstar.
Then there is Game Informer. The magazine used to have a reputation for revealing new games or big news announcements via cover stories, and Game Informer’s latest digital issue came out on May 12. The latest issue of GI is not about GTA 6however — this is about Dawnwalker blood. That’s what Game Informer is doing with its covers now: providing thoroughly reported previews and in-depth interviews about upcoming AAA games.
Lastly, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick has recently made several public appearances at conferences and in gaming publication interviews, leading some to believe that Zelnick is doing this to create excitement. GTA 6.

Unless there is a leak, GTA 6 trailer 3 will be released when Rockstar Games is ready to do so. A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
